Adult Educational
For adults there are intergenerational classes
Learner’s Fellowship uses the David C. Cook curriculum which studies the Bible using a three-year cycle. This class meets in Room 8 and is taught by Nina Cooper, John Hemmerlin and Melissa McClymonds
The Kitchen Class is currently studying the Book of Acts. This class attempts to study the scripture or topic deeply. The application of Scripture to our daily life enables us to be equipped for our weekly life experiences. The teacher for this class is Jeff Black assisted by Susan Black. The Kitchen class currently meets in the Fellowship Hall.
Other Bible studies occur at different times of the year.
Presbyterian Woman have a monthly Bible study from January through June and September thru December. They meet in circles the first Thursday of the month. The Morning circle meets at 9:30 am and the Evening circle meets at 6:30 pm Our current Bible Study is entitled Love Carved in Stone and is a study of the 10 commandments.
Other opportunities
New Member Class: Upon request, a new members class provided interested adults with an overview of what we believe and a review on how their spiritual gifts and talents can be used by this community of believers to advance God’s kingdom.
